Dan is a painter and stager/consultant. He works in acrylic and fabric collage. His paintings are primarily figurative but still include architectural and Southwest subjects. His latex murals are both commercial and residential. McBain studied painting at the University of Corpus Christi and art education at the University of Texas Pan American.
