“When the fabric of the Universe becomes unknown, it is the duty of the University to produce weavers.”
-Gordon Gee

“Work on good art has three steps: a musical stage when it is composed, an architectural stage when it is built, and a textile one when it is woven.”
- Walter Benjamin

Fabric can be a natural extension of the body or even the soul. A beautifully knitted scarf, a beaded-feathered necklace, an intricate and joyful Batik cloth to drape, “wearable” art you create for you or someone you love.
